We have many distributors here in the US and overseas. You don't have the take the chance on ordering that item on ebay from someone in Hong Kong and never getting it (or your money). We've heard the horror stories at every single convention we've ever attended.

Our return policy is simple:

You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. As we shipped the item to you for free - it's only fair that you ship it back to us at your expense.

"Can I come visit your store in Phoenix?"

Wellllll ... we no longer have a brick-and-mortar store.  Our address is for our offices and storage and is not set up for commercial business.  So while we'd love to have boba and tea with you, your best bet is to come and visit us at one of the many conventions we do within Phoenix, including Saboten-Con (Oct 30-Nov 1st, 2009) and Phoenix Comicon (May 27-30, 2010), or Con-nichiwa in Tucson (March 28-30, 2010).
